Rachel Barber

B.Sc., M.A., R.B.A. (Ont.)

Founder / Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.)

Since childhood, Rachel has celebrated the value autistic people bring to this world and has devoted her career to supporting individuals and families with autism in reaching their potential. She believes in the neurodiversity movement and works to empower neurospicy children and youth to become happy, productive, and self-determined neurospicy adults.

Rachel completed her Bachelors in Health Sciences at the University of Waterloo and achieved her Masters with a specialty in Applied Behaviour Analysis through Brock University. She has been a certified Behaviour Analyst since 2013, and is passionate about fostering life-long learning with priority given to compassion, joy, and safety during each of her sessions.

Although raised in Southern Ontario, Rachel is a Northern girl at heart. When she is not analyzing data, she can be found on the water, in the trails, or on the ODR. The loves of her life are her 2 beautiful children and her 2 furry cat babies!

Alexandra White

B.A. (Hons.), E.C.E.                   

Alexandra is committed to providing compassionate services that are individualized and guided by each person's values and goals. She is passionate about both early intervention and teaching meaningful skills that promote independence including communication, self-advocacy, and daily living skills. Alexandra is dedicated to advocating and empowering neurodivergent children and their families.

Alexandra completed a diploma in Early Childhood Education and earned an honours specialization degree in Psychology from Laurentian University. She has worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for four years. In the future, she hopes to complete a graduate degree to become a Registered Behaviour Analyst.

In her free time, Alexandra enjoys going to the gym, hiking, reading, travelling, and spending time with her golden retriever.
